SEATTLE — The man accused of killing a Google software developer during a drunken road-rage incident has been arrested again.Patrick S. Rexroat was taken back into custody on Wednesday after his bail was increased from $50,000 to $1 million.State troopers said on July 24, Rexroat’s SUV crossed the center line at NE 85th and Interstate 405, hitting a BMW and killing the driver, Steve Lacey. Results of a toxicology test showed Rexroat’s blood-alcohol level was 0.29 — more than three times the legal limit.After the crash, Rexroat got out of his vehicle and “started pounding his chest,” a witness told investigators. When Rexroat neared the other vehicle, the witness told him to stay back as the other driver was dead, and Rexroat answered, “Eh,” and walked away, according to the request for bail.Rexroat, 56, has been charged with vehicular homicide and reckless driving.
