A standoff between police and a drunk man armed with a knife ended peacefully early this morning when the man passed out, apparently from intoxication, according to the Seattle Police Department.Police received a call at 3:30 a.m. June 24 from a person who said a number of people were drinking in an apartment near 12th Avenue Northwest and Holman Road Northwest when an argument broke out.According to police, a drunk man armed himself with a knife and barricaded himself inside the apartment. Officers set up containment.At approximately 4:05 a.m., officers found the man passed out in bushes behind the apartment building, according to police. He was taken into custody.
