Three armed robberies overnight in North Seattle have police searching for suspects. In each case, police say the suspects robbed the victim at gunpoint, hit them in the back of the head with the gun, and then took off.
Between 1:30-2:00a.m., police received three separate calls of armed robberies at three separate locations – the 5200 block of 15th Avenue Northeast, the 5000 block of 22nd Avenue Northeast, and the 5600 block of University Way.
According to police, the victims in each case told officers the suspects used a gun to assault them by hitting them in the head.
Each of the robberies happened within 15-20 minutes of one another.
On two of the calls, the victims described the suspects as two black men in their 20’s; the third victim described the suspect as a white man. Police say some of the victims were drunk at the time and could not provide officers much information about what happened.
