Setting an appointment with Offender Monitoring Solutions and EHMonitoring is as simple as filling out the form below. Once your forms are submitted you will be called back and one of our Intake Officer’s will call you to verify your information and set your appointment.
We provide quick and easy appointments. After your appointment is made and paperwork taken care of we can have you actively enrolled within 24 hours (in most cases) Statewide. Tacoma, Everett, Bremerton, Lynnwood, Marysville, Seattle, Mount Vernon and Spokane may be active on a same day basis
Offender Monitoring Solutions offers “Self Pay” solutions to all Participants in the OMS EHM Program.
Our rates are affordable and our payment plans are simple. Payments can be made weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Your one-time enrollment fee is due upon appointment setting. Payment arrangements will be set at the time of your intake phone call.
