Wonderful feel to the face, easy to use. Always mix in a little water when applying to the face, as it will foam up well and not be so thick that it clogs the razor. I apply it full strength to my hands, slather on my face, then put additional water on my hands and massage rapidly over the entire area and it will suds up nicely (but not as much as a typical shaving cream, which I appreciate). It does not clog up my 6 blade Dorca razor, and leaves my face feeling good. It does not result in any pulling as I shave a thick growth, and a little goes a LONG way. Pleasant smell.

I usually go two or three days between shaves, so it has its work cut out for it, and has performed admirably. Adding the water to the application does two things to enhance the shave: it foams the Gel, and it eliminates any clogging of multi-blade razors.

I would recommend this product and will purchase it again.

First of all, this product is very messy. When I opened the bottle, a thin gel came pouring out without the slightest squeeze and it spills everywhere.

I poured some of the gel onto my legs and as I was rubbing in noticed humongous clumps of what appeared to be sugar! I assumed it would just dissolve if I shook up the bottle and maybe rubbed in more thoroughly. Finally decided to shave and my legs were completely bloodied from the sugar granules destroying my razer blades. Do not use this.

The organic-buying hippie in me really wanted to like this shave gel, but it’s just so awful on my skin. So, it’s a liquid that you squirt on your hands and then when you rub your hands together and rub it on your face, it gets a microscopic amount of lather — nowhere near the amount of lather typical retail shaving cream provides. I started shaving with a disposable premium-level cartridge that I’d say was maybe about halfway through its usual life, and it hurt so bad. It was tugging on every single hair. I swapped to a new blade, and it helped but still felt extremely uncomfortable. And then with tons of abrasions all over my face, the ingredients felt terribly burning. It was a *huge* relief to go back to the standard shaving cream, even though it’s filled with chemicals. The only nice things I can say about this shave gel: you know what the ingredients are because it’s an honorable company, and it smells nice.
